Custom UV Printing

Print beyond the page

​Our UV flatbed printer allows us to print directly onto solid materials and selected objects up to 24″ × 36″ and about 9 inches thick. That opens the door to projects well beyond paper and adhesive vinyl.

We work with materials such as acrylic, wood, aluminum, glass, Coroplast, foamboard, magnetic material, and more.

Capabilities

• Full-colour direct printing with sharp detail

• White ink for dark or transparent materials

• Spot gloss and raised varnish effects

• Printing on flat materials and selected dimensional objects

• One-offs, prototypes, and small production runs

• Laser cutting and engraving for compatible acrylic and wood projects

This process is ideal for custom signs, branded objects, prototypes, display pieces, decorative items, and projects that do not fit neatly into a standard product category.

Customer-Supplied Items

We accept suitable customer-supplied items for custom printing. The best candidates are sturdy, replaceable objects with a surface that can be positioned securely and tested for ink adhesion.

We review each item before production and may recommend a test piece, sample material, or newly sourced blank when that offers a safer and more reliable result. For valuable or meaningful originals, we can often suggest another way to reproduce the design without using the original item.
