Pickup, Delivery & Shipping Policy

SPacific Print is a local custom print business serving Greater Victoria and surrounding areas. Because most of our work is custom, pickup, delivery, and shipping options depend on the type of product, order size, location, and timeline.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available within Greater Victoria for a flat delivery fee.
Delivery arrangements will be confirmed when your order is quoted or approved. Delivery timing depends on production schedule, location, and availability.
If your order requires special handling, multiple delivery attempts, or delivery outside our regular local area, additional charges may apply.
Pickup by Appointment
Pickup may be available by appointment or pre-arrangement only.
Because we are not a retail storefront with regular walk-in hours, pickup times must be confirmed in advance. Please do not arrive for pickup until we have confirmed that your order is complete and a pickup time has been arranged.
Out-of-Town Orders
For custom work outside our local delivery area, shipping must be quoted separately.
Shipping costs depend on the size, weight, material, packaging requirements, destination, and carrier. Some items may require special packaging or may not be suitable for standard shipping.
We will let you know the available shipping options and costs before the order is finalized.
Shipping Timelines
Production timelines and shipping timelines are separate.
Any production time we provide refers to the time needed to prepare and complete the order. Shipping time begins after the order has been finished, packaged, and transferred to the shipping carrier.
Carrier delivery times are estimates and are outside our direct control.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
SPacific Print is not responsible for delays, extra charges, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Damage During Shipping
We package orders carefully, but damage can sometimes occur during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and keep the packaging and damaged item.
Clear photos of the packaging and product may be required so we can review the issue and, if applicable, work with the carrier.
