Terms & conditions
Last updated: June 27, 2026
These Terms and Conditions apply when you use the SPacific Print website, request a quote, place an order, send us artwork or files, or purchase products or services from us.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
About SPacific Print
SPacific Print provides custom printing, signage, laser cutting, promotional products, corporate gifts, and related services.
Because most of our work is custom, each project depends on the details provided by the customer, the materials selected, the artwork supplied, and our production capabilities.
We reserve the right to decline work that we cannot produce, that is outside our equipment capabilities, or that we consider unsuitable for our business.
Quotes and Estimates
Quotes are based on the information available at the time they are prepared, including size, material, quantity, artwork requirements, finishing, delivery, and timeline.
A quote may change if the project details change, if additional design or file preparation is required, or if material costs or availability change before the order is confirmed.
An order is not considered confirmed until the required approval and payment arrangements have been received.
Customer Files and Artwork
Customers are responsible for providing suitable artwork, logos, images, text, and files for production.
We may accept files such as PNG, TIFF, PDF, and other formats when appropriate. For best results, files should be high resolution and prepared at the correct size whenever possible.
If supplied files are low resolution, incomplete, incorrectly sized, or otherwise unsuitable, we may contact you to discuss possible options. Additional file setup, editing, or design work may result in extra charges.
We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied artwork, including spelling, grammar, layout, colour choices, image quality, missing information, or incorrect file setup, once the customer has approved the project for production.
Proofs and Approvals
For custom work, we may provide a proof or layout for approval before production.
Customers are responsible for reviewing proofs carefully. This includes checking spelling, names, dates, phone numbers, email addresses, layout, sizing, colours, quantities, and all project details.
Once a proof is approved, the order may move into production. Changes after approval may not be possible, or may result in additional charges and delays.
Colours, Materials, and Production Variations
Colours may appear differently on screens than they do on printed materials. Material type, finish, texture, lighting, and production method can all affect the final appearance.
Small variations in colour, placement, cutting, finishing, and material appearance may occur with custom printed products. These normal production variations are not considered defects.
Orders and Payment
Accepted payment methods may include credit card, debit card, e-transfer, or other payment options we make available.
For many custom orders, full or partial payment may be required before production begins. Local orders may have different payment arrangements when approved by SPacific Print.
Applicable taxes will be added where required.
We may pause or delay production until payment, artwork, proof approval, or required project information has been received.
Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order has been approved or production has started. If materials have been ordered, artwork has been prepared, or production work has begun, charges may still apply.
Production Times
Production times vary depending on the product, material availability, order size, artwork readiness, and current workload.
Any timelines provided are estimates unless specifically confirmed in writing. We do our best to meet expected timelines, but delays can occur due to file issues, proofing delays, supplier delays, shipping delays, equipment issues, or other factors outside our control.
Pickup, Delivery, and Shipping
Local pickup may be available by appointment.
Local delivery may be available for some orders. Shipping may be available within Canada and the United States.
Shipping costs, when applicable, will be added to the invoice or quote. We may use Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, or another suitable carrier.
Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside our direct control. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, customs, or other third-party issues.
Returns, Refunds, and Reprints
Because most of our products are custom made, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect customer-supplied information, approved artwork errors, or products that were produced according to the approved specifications.
If we make an error with your order, please contact us within 10 business days of receiving it. We will review the issue and may offer a correction, reprint, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.
If a replacement or correction is needed, we may ask for photos, details, or return of the product before deciding on the appropriate solution.
Customer Rights to Artwork
Customers remain responsible for the rights to any artwork, logos, images, trademarks, designs, or content they provide to us.
By sending us files or artwork, you confirm that you have permission to use them and to have them printed, cut, reproduced, or otherwise produced by SPacific Print.
You agree not to submit content that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy rights, or other legal rights.
Use of Finished Products
Customers may use and resell products created from their own approved designs, provided they have the legal right to use the artwork, logos, images, or other content involved.
SPacific Print does not grant ownership or licensing rights to any third-party artwork, logos, trademarks, or images supplied by the customer.
Website Use
You may use our website for lawful purposes only.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, submit harmful code, or use the website in a way that could damage SPacific Print or other users.
Privacy
We collect and use personal information as needed to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, process orders, provide customer service, manage records, and operate our business.
For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SPacific Print is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost business, missed events, or delays caused by third parties.
Our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service related to the issue.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
