Refunds & returns

Because most SPacific Print products are custom made, returns and refunds are handled differently than standard retail purchases.

 

Each order is produced based on customer-supplied information, selected materials, approved artwork, and project specifications. For that reason, we cannot usually accept returns or offer refunds for custom products unless there is a confirmed production error.

Custom Orders

 

All custom orders are made specifically for each customer.

 

Once artwork, specifications, or proofs have been approved and production has started, an order cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded because of a change of mind, incorrect customer-supplied information, approved artwork errors, or personal preference.

Proof Approval

 

Customers are responsible for reviewing proofs carefully before approving production.

 

Please check spelling, names, dates, phone numbers, email addresses, layout, sizing, colours, quantities, materials, and all other project details.

 

Approval confirms that the proof is ready for production. We are not responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof.

Colour and Material Variation

 

Colours can look different on screens than they do on printed products. Monitors, devices, lighting, material type, surface finish, and printing processes can all affect the final result.

 

Some variation in colour, placement, cutting, material appearance, and finish is normal with custom printed products. These normal production variations are not considered defects.

 

Exact colour matching is not guaranteed unless it has been specifically discussed and approved before production.

Production Errors

 

If your order contains a manufacturing or printing error that does not match the approved proof or agreed specifications, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.

 

We may ask for photos, details, or return of the affected item so we can review the issue.

 

If a production error is confirmed, we may offer a correction, repair, replacement, reprint, or refund, depending on the situation.

Wear, Use, and Environmental Factors

 

Our products are made for specific materials, uses, and environments. Normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, unsuitable conditions, or damage after delivery are not considered production defects.

This may include scratching, fading, breakage, lifting, peeling, damage from cleaning, damage from handling, weather exposure, heat, moisture, impact, or installation problems.

If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for a specific use or location, please ask before placing your order.

Returns

 

Because custom products cannot usually be resold, we do not accept returns unless a production error has been confirmed.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

How to Report a Problem

 

If you have a concern about your order, please contact us as soon as possible and include:

  • Your name

  • Order details

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos, if applicable

 

We will review the concern and work toward a fair solution where appropriate.
